Who we are
Folio Botani (doterra.world) is an independent site run by a dōTERRA Wellness Advocate. It is not a corporate site of dōTERRA and does not take orders or payments.
Enrolment form and agreement
On the step-by-step enrolment page you can fill in the Wellness Advocate Agreement: name, phone, email, date of birth, address, account number and your signature. All of this is processed only in your browser to build the PDF. It is not sent to our server and is not stored by us. Only the ticks of completed steps are kept in your browser’s local storage.
Google account (Gmail)
If you choose “Send with Gmail”, Google asks your permission for one scope: gmail.send (send email on your behalf). We use it once, from your browser, to send the agreement to the doTERRA office address you see on screen. We do not read, list, modify or delete your email, we do not store the access token (it lives only in the open browser tab), and we do not share it. Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Requests to the team
If you send a request to the team, we receive only your name, contact (WhatsApp or Telegram), country, and chosen kit, to contact you about enrolment. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Orders
If you place an order, we receive your name, contact (WhatsApp or Telegram), city, delivery address, the oils and quantities, and an optional comment. We use them only to confirm the order, send you the payment link and deliver it. Payment is made separately through the payment link; we do not see or store your card details. You can ask us to delete your order data after delivery.
Your rights
Under Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP) and similar laws, you can ask what we hold about you and ask us to delete it. Contact us through the team request form on the enrolment page.
